Yr Arwydd, also known as Mynydd Bodafon, is the highest point on the island of Anglesey at 178 metres. It has fabulous views across to the peaks of Snowdonia and the north coast of Anglesey. The walk starts from Brynrefail (Grid ref. SH 48067 86863), a small hamlet between Amlwch and Moelfre. Take the footpath south-west for a steady ramble to the summit, through terrain that changes from pine forest to heathland, with a small lake and a number of springs.
